  • 1 big Brinjal
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur)
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying (About 4 tbsp)


Step 1
